Dyson Hoses Editorial Review
The Dyson Hose, Stretch Assembly for the DC07 model has garnered a mixed but generally positive reception from customers who have made it their go-to replacement option. Many users praise its perfect fit and resemblance to the original hose, highlighting its ease of installation and functional design. The product offers good value, especially for those whose older models are no longer supported by Dyson for replacement parts. Despite the overall satisfaction, some customers reported concerns regarding durability, particularly near the handle end where previous hoses have developed tears. While some users have noted that the product has remained intact for a solid period of around 18 months, there is evidence of it becoming detached easily during use, suggesting that the fit might not be as secure as they would like. Moreover, comparisons have been drawn to cheaper "knock-off" alternatives, with many concluding that the Dyson hose, while slightly less heavy-duty than hoped for, is ultimately a better investment due to its flexibility and performance. In conclusion, while this replacement hose addresses the functional needs of customers, there are opportunities for improvement, particularly in terms of the hose's durability at its stress points. **
