The transmitter settings determine the distance from the boundary wire for the warning tone. The boundary wire has to be in a complete loop, and the wire needs to be spaced at least 3-5 feet apart if using a double loop layout. Amplifying and interference occur if wrapping a piece of wire around an area instead of conducting a double loop, and cutting the wire will require a loop. Some customers were dissatisfied with the product's quality. One customer noted that the main box failed, whereas another stated that the dog went across the boundary without receiving a shock. However, some received great results, and their dogs trained quickly, staying away from the boundaries.
